Upgrade?

I think it’s time to finally address the issue of upgrading here on the blog.

I have spent many a sleepless night thinking about this.

Like any good blog, I feel I need to list the Pros of staying a Cat 3 vs Upgrading.

Pros of Staying a Cat 3:

1. Paycheck.
2. CyclingDirt Interviews.
3. Photos all over Facebook.
4. Wife continues to idolize me like when we were in High School and I was awesome then, too.
5. Don’t have to train hard.
6. Front row start every weekend.
7. Feel awesome about myself Monday through Monday.
8. Hang out with the Juniors.
9. Lap 40 people at Gloucester.
10. Be friends with Tim Johnson.

Pros of Upgrading:

1. None.

So I think there is really only one answer to the question of “Will I upgrade?”

Maybe.
